Mid-summer nights are upon us and my wanderlust is in full swing. Casa Cook is in Rhodes, Greece. It is the largest of the twelve Dodecanese islands on the Aegean’s eastern edge. Rhodes has traditional Greek architecture and beautiful cobblestone streets.
